One of the benefits I provide to my wedding couples that makes planning your wedding so easy is my “Ceremony Planning Kit.” This Kit contains checklists, sample ceremonies, sample vows, guidelines on creating your own vows if you choose, examples of symbolic ceremonies, readings and prayers.

You simply choose what you like from what I provide, modify any of it or create your own! If you have a favorite poem, reading or song that is meaningful to you, it can be easily included. In essence, everything included in your ceremony is chosen or approved by you.

If you have questions or need assistance, I provide unlimited guidance and support to you by telephone, email or in person. Many of the couples I work with are from out of state, and they have found that this process has worked quite well for them.

Note that I can be available on short notice to officiate weddings (although advance notice is preferred.)

When You Choose My Services You Receive:

• Unlimited assistance (by telephone, email or in person) in helping you create the ceremony/ vows of your choice
• The “Ceremony Planning Kit” to help you plan your ceremony and wedding day
• One rehearsal (which is optional). Minimally, I recommend a brief meeting with wedding party members prior to the ceremony that can be held on the wedding day itself
• My early arrival on the day of the ceremony to perform your ceremony
• Filing of necessary paperwork with Arizona State authorities subsequent to the ceremony
• Resource list of various Verde Valley/ Sedona wedding service providers if requested
• Commemorative copy of your wedding vows
